AFFILIATION

The college is affiliated as a full grade premier Law College to the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

DURATION

The duration of course of LLB (Hons) shall not be Less than Five Years.

CLASSES

The college provides teaching arrangements for the students of LL.B (Hons), Part-I, Part-II , Part-III, Part-IV & Part-V.

CLASS HOURS

The college holds its regular classes in the morning hours from 9-00 AM to 2-00 PM.

SESSIONS

The academic session is determined by the University of Sindh authorities.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

Both male and female citizens of Pakistan. Having passed the Examination of Higher Education i.e, Intermediate Examination or equivalent with full fill the requirement of minimum percentage 45 % recognized by University of Sindh Jamshoro, or marks after passed the law admission Test (LAT) from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, can apply for admission in LLB(Hons) 1st Semester, subject to clear the Pre-Admission Test of the college too.

The candidates who have already admitted / registered in graduation / master, morning or evening program at University of Sindh, Jamshoro / Affiliated colleges, they are not eligible for dual admission in LL.B. (Hons) 5 years morning program.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE ADMISSION FORM

Marks & Pass Certificate of Matric (Showing Date of Birth).

Attested Photo Copies of Intermediate Marks & Pass Certificate.

Leaving Certificate of Intermediate from last attended college.

Original Character Certificate of Intermediate from last attended college.

Students coming from another Board must provide Migration Certificate.

Domicile & PRC Form “C”.

Attested Photo copies of CNIC or B Form with CNIC of Father.

Three recent photographs passport size.

Affidavit on non-judicial Stamp Paper worth of Rs. 50/-.

Two self addressed postal envelopes.

HEC Law Admission Test (LAT) Result Card with user ID and password.

Admission Forms shall not be supplied and accepted by post. Every candidate has to be present personally for admission. This condition will be adhered to strictly.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED. INCORRECT OR SUPPRESSION OF INFORMATION IN THE VARIOUS COLUMNS OF THE APPLICATION FORM WILL RENDER A CANDIDATE TO BE DISQUALIFIED

DATE OF ADMISSION

Admission are given once a year in an academic year, the date of which is to be notified by the Registrar University of Sindh Jamshoro.

AFTER & EXPIRY

The last date of admission as will be announced by the University of Sindh, thereafter no admission will be allowed.

PRIZES

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro, awards to the students securing First, Second & Third position at the LL.B (Hons) Five Years examination held by the University of Sindh, in the convocation.

READING ROOM

Daily morning newspapers in English, Sindhi, Urdu and weekly as well as monthly digest are also provided in the reading room.new furnished, fully air condition auditorium hall for seminars oth education, legal activities subject to limitaion.

LIBRARY

The college has a standard library, which contains the reading material of all texts, and also a good number of reference books in law and literature. There are two parts of library in the college.

REFERENCE LIBRARY: In this part of library, more then 5000 standard reference books, carrying all the statutes (Federal and Provincial)are kept and are not issued to the students. The reference books can be consulted in the library only.

LENDING LIBRARY: This part of library contains text books and books other than the reference books. They are lent to the students against library deposit of Rs. 500/- which is not refundable the students are responsible for the safe return of borrowed books. A book issued to any student shall be returned by him/her after 15 days. In case fails to do so, a penalty of Rs.5.00 per day shall be lived which will be paid by him/her before issuing any other book. If the book is found torn, full present market price of the book will have to be paid by the student. Examination form will not be filled until and unless a clearance is issued to this effect by librarian.

COMPUTER LAB IN LIBRARY

The college has computer lab which contains 20 computers and one main server with DSL internet facilities. The students shall use it after membership.

MOOT COURT

The college established the moot court in the year 2021, to built the confidence in the students of LL.B ( Hons) first year morning program. The student countlist the national vise and also international in the moot court competition and awarded certificates and shields. The college also establish moot trail court very soon for training of the students as per procedure practice law.

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

The medium of instructions for the LL.B (Hons) course shall be the English language.

ATTENDANCE

Students are required to attend at least 75% of the lectures in each subject in all the classes

IDENTITY CARD

Identity card is issued by the college is essentially to be keeping every student and is to be shown whenever attend the college.

PASS-PARCENTAGE

The pass percentage shall be 50 percent individual subject of each semester

EXAMINATION

The examination of LL.B (Hons) each semester is held in every six months on the date to be fixed by the University of Sindh authorities. Failure candidates at the semester examination are allowed to appear at the next year in semester examination.

STUDENTS COMMON ROOM

There is one common room for female Students.

DRESS OF STUDENTS

All the male students of LL.B (Hons) five years morning program are advised, they should come properly dress i.e. White Shirt, Black Tie, Trouser / Pent, Black Shoes & female should come in White Dress with Scarf & Black - V.

CANTEEN

There is a canteen in the college premises serving quality food & beverages.

TCCTV Camera & Walk through gates for students & staff security.

POWER FACILITY

College building is completely on Solar System for pleasant atmosphere providing to students with standby generator.
